This Warranty Policy applies exclusively to authentic products purchased directly through our Official Online Store. For purchases made through authorized retailers, please contact them directly for their respective return and warranty policies.
1. 12-Month Quality Warranty
We offer a 12-month quality warranty from the date of delivery.
- Coverage: Free repair services for any manufacturing defects or quality-related issues.
- Confirmation: All warranty claims must be confirmed and authorized by our Customer Service team before shipping.
- Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse. BP DOCTOR will cover the shipping costs to send the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.
- Exclusions: Items that have been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations are not eligible for free repair.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to a quality-related issue, you may request a return and refund within thirty (30) days of receiving the product.
To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our support team at support@yhebpdoctor.com.
Eligibility Criteria for Refunds:
To qualify for a full product-cost refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- Unused Condition: The product must be completely unused and in its original condition.
- Physical Integrity: The product must be free from any physical damage, cracks, or alterations.
- Complete Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included in the return shipment.
Additional Refund Terms:
- Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes (e.g., state taxes, customs duties, VAT) are non-refundable.
- Shipping Risk: The customer assumes all shipping costs and risks of loss or damage to the product while in transit to our warehouse. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Restocking Fee: If an item is returned missing original parts, accessories, or documentation, we reserve the right to either refuse the delivery or charge a 15% restocking fee (based on the original product price or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher).
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse.
Note: Refund requests for non-quality issues or requests submitted after the 30-day window will be systematically declined.
3. What is NOT Covered Under Warranty
The following scenarios are strictly excluded from warranty coverage:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen products after successful delivery.
- Items that have exceeded their 12-month warranty period.
- Non-quality-related issues (after the initial 30 days of purchase).
- Free products, promotional giveaways, or prizes.
- Repairs or modifications conducted through unauthorized 3rd parties.
- Damage caused by external factors (e.g., accidents, natural disasters).
- Damage caused by misuse or improper operation (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water exposure, or operating devices contrary to instructions).
- Purchases made through unauthorized resellers.
4. Issues Upon Arrival (DOA & Missing Items)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery.
A. Broken or Damaged on Arrival
- Action Required: Email support@yhebpdoctor.com with clear photos of the damaged item, the outer packaging, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or send a brand-new replacement, according to your preference.
B. Product Not Working (Functional Defect)
- Action Required: Email support@yhebpdoctor.com with a short video demonstrating the operational issue, photos of the package, and a description of the defect.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a full refund or a replacement.
C. Missing Items or Accessories
- Action Required: Email support@yhebpdoctor.com with photos of everything you received, including the shipping label and packaging.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will promptly ship the missing items to you at no extra cost.
