At BP Doctor, we stand behind the precision and quality of our products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, our streamlined return and cancellation procedures are outlined below.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Standard Period: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition Requirements: To qualify for a refund, items must remain in their original, unaltered condition—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and enclosed in the factory packaging.
  • Authorization: Returns sent to our logistics hubs without prior formal approval will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation

  • 24-Hour Window: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided dispatch has not occurred. Our standard processing queue operates on a 24-hour cycle (excluding public holidays).
  • Transaction Fees: Because payment gateways charge non-refundable processing fees, a small transaction fee deduction may apply to your final refund.
  • Post-Dispatch: If the 24-hour window has lapsed or the order has already entered the shipping pipeline, please proceed via the standard Return Policy.

3. Shipping Costs & Liability

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: Unless the return is due to a product defect or a processing error on our part, all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. The exact cost will depend on the courier service selected.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original outbound shipping fees (including the €9.99 Expedited Shipping fee) are strictly non-refundable.
  • Risk Mitigation: We highly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. BP Doctor cannot verify or guarantee receipt of untracked return parcels.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or structurally incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@yhebpdoctor.com. For confirmed technical or transit errors, BP Doctor will bear all return shipping costs and issue a prepaid return label.

5. Hygiene & Safety Restrictions

Due to the biometric and health-monitoring nature of our devices, items that have been worn or have had their original factory seal broken are ineligible for a refund, except in cases of verified technical malfunction.

6. Return Protocol

To initiate a formal return, follow the protocol below:

  1. Submission: Contact our support team via email at support@yhebpdoctor.com.
  2. Required Data: Provide your Order Number and the explicit Reason for Return.
  3. Logistics Hub Routing: Upon review and authorization, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Parcels must be routed to our specialized logistics hub:

7. Processing & Refunds

  • Inspection: Upon arrival at our hub, items undergo strict quality inspection. You will receive an automated notification confirming approval or rejection.
  • Credit Issuance: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Delayed Refunds: If the credit is not visible after 7 business days, please review your banking statement and contact your financial institution or credit card issuer before reaching out to support.
