1. SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

• Standard Shipping：Delivery Time: 3 – 5 Business Days Shipping Fee: FREE (All products)
• Expedited Shipping：Delivery Time: 1 – 2 Business Days Shipping Fee: €9.99

2. DISPATCH & PROCESSING TIME

We process all orders within 1 business day. To ensure your order moves as fast as possible, our fulfillment center operates on the following schedule:

• Orders placed BEFORE 12:00 PM (noon) CET: Dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed AFTER 12:00 PM (noon) CET: Dispatched the following business morning.

Note: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or European public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next available working day.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your BP Doctor order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link. You can use this to monitor your parcel's progress in real-time as it crosses borders.

4. DELIVERY COVERAGE & CUSTOMS

We currently ship to major countries across the European continent .

• Remote Areas: Deliveries to islands (e.g., Canary Islands, Balearic Islands), remote regions, or non-EU territories may occasionally experience an additional 2–4 business days in transit.
• Duties and Taxes: For orders shipped within the European Union (EU), all applicable VAT and duties are calculated and included at checkout. You will not face any hidden fees upon delivery.
